Samsung Galaxy S5 with 64-bit CPU, 4000 mah, Flexible OLED display could come in January, 2014

As ETNews said that Samsung is preparing to start production of Galaxy S5. Mass production will start in January of 2014, with an eventual market release slated for February or March.
Samsung Galaxy S5 may put a 64-bit CPU, which can be the first iteration of Samsung's Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) Exynos big.The LITTLE chip capable of running on eight cores simultaneously.Qualcomm's Snapdragon may be thrown in the mix as well, which indicates two S5 variants.

The device may include a flexible OLED display like the Galaxy Round, and a high capacity 4,000 mAh battery - all within a 5-inch frame. The Galaxy S5 is set to run on Android 4.4 KitKat.
